By Design Wastelands Voting Rewards Still Bugged

Voting in wastelands still doesn't register.

I found a patch note from 12_zombies a couple of weeks back letting players know that voting in the wastelands is bugged currently.
If you use the command /vote or /voting in-game the second line in capitals and red text alerts the player to make sure they are on Horizon first.

Known Issues/Bugs
Voting only works on Horizon, don't do it in wastelands
