I feel like killing animals just gives a little too little exp, since most of them end up dead after the first few days from people hunting, and they don't respawn too quickly.
I was thinking buffing that, but that would make it a little OP after wasteland resets because there would be a lot of animals at that time.
But then I had this idea:
Give experience for using the track command. When most of the animals are dead, tracking becomes very important for finding animals to kill. But it's not really used right after a reset of the wastelands because animals are so easy to find at that time.
Maybe something like 20 exp per time tracking because it's got a 6 or so minute cooldown. That will make it useful but not too OP, I think.
