Make it so if you hold an xp bottle in your offhand, and an item with mending in the other, there is a 100% guarantee that the xp will repair the pickaxe.
Should be only for XP bottles of 10xp and 100xp value so that there's a tax on repairing this way, and maybe even be a perk that only unlocks at a certain perk enchanter, maybe as high as level 50.
