 +After crafting the Treasure Map, the treasure is located by following the coordinates on the map in the Wastelands to the red X on the map. The map's terrain will appear after getting to the general location of the treasure (like how a vanilla Minecraft map is revealed). The treasure will be located a couple blocks below two mossy cobblestone wall markers, and it is only accessible for the person who crafted the Treasure Map.
