Why on earth is there a cap (50) on job levels?
Just have the income cap stay at the current level 50 so that income doesn't explode into insane proportions, and have any level beyond 50 be essentially cosmetic, or bragging rights.
People get burnt out when they feel like they've "finished" what they set out to do, for a lot of players it feels like that is the job level caps. People would most likely have a lot of fun out of holding the highest level in a job across the whole server.
