So I respawned the Ender Dragon naturally in the prime world but its a pain the butt with 3 different outposts and a bunch of chunks claimed on the End spawn island. My suggestion is to unallow/ban the claiming of the spawn island for fighting the dragon. Whilst allowing claims everywhere else in the end as well as the sub-dimension with endcities.
