General spawn area and warp command problems

-`/warp settlement` doesn't work.

-`/warp wastelands` only works on some servers and not others, Ironically enough it claims that it doesn't exist when you are in the wastelands server

-Any of the various `/wastelands` commands takes you to somewhere inside someones claimed farm

-The `/warp wastelands` sign at `/warp new` only says `[Command] /warp`

-None of the portals in the hub server actually work

/wastelands while being on horizon (settlement) will teleport you back to where you left the wastelands.

There is also a community farm in the spawn of wastelands. Is this the one you think is claimed land?
