The Composter allows you to put seeds etc. into it to make bone meal. I thought it'd be smart to involve that in the farmer perks?
I.E. Putting seeds in faster, or anything in faster, to make more bone meal quickly. Quality of life perk mostly, but it'd be a good addition.
