Perhaps the time this resets can moved forwards a little bit?
Currently it resets at 08:00 here which I guess is midnight in the middle of america. And it usually doesn't start to build up until late in the evening for us. So as an EU player you see bonus starting to go up but then you go sleep and its back to 0% when you wake up.
So if it would last few hours longer then EU players can get in on that bonus in the mornings at least. And the ones staying up past midnight in america get some extra bonus also
