Maybe re-enable hopper minecarts as newer versions of LWC (LWCX and ModernLWC) have fixed Hopper minecarts from stealing from a locked chest

In newer versions for the forks of LWC it seems hopper minecarts stealing from locked player chests has been fixed. in ModernLWC hopper minecarts by default cannot steal from locked chests unless the player has enabled the hopper flag for the chest

That may of been true 6 years ago but last time I played around on a server with LWC hopper minecarts didn't mess with locked chests

We would have to merge our custom fork, which is no easy task.

One point I would say in support of this is that it would reduce the use of hoppers by them being replaced with hopper minecarts, which would help reduce lag. Although I understand it would be difficult to do.
