Make a new recipe of a single quartz block into 4 quartz. Allows for it to be crafted back after miner perk blocks it all up.

That's why I turned off my miners perk, I like the single quartz

Another possibility is adding something to /prefs to exclude quartz from the miner perk, since everything else the perk puts into blocks can be crafted back.

Perhaps just exclude by default any items that do not uncraft back to their base items? IE quartz to block, sand to sandstone, things like that? Quartz after all can be blocked even by newbie players in the stardard 4 slot crafting grid
