Make the lowest Y value it can scan for ores be Y5 so that miners don't have to dig around bedrock, or possibly be unable to get at it.

Just realized there's a bedrock roof in the nether for those looking for quartz, though I don't see that being as much of an issue for quartz miners compared to those mining at low Y values for diamonds.
