Resolved Lost echest, balance, and xp

I logged into the server today and my echest, balance, and xp are all reset. I was in the new settlement nether.

I don't remember most of what was in my echest. The only thing I do remember is a diamond pick with silk, unb3, mending, and eff5. I don't think anything else that got lost was all that valuable, so if I could just get the pick restored that would be great.
