Jobs cooldown ruins the gameflow !?

Hi !

The raising cooldown does not support the overall gameflow. Many people can´t help, because they have to wait for a long time to switch their jobs.

Also i and many other players just log out, if they have to wait for their jobs cooldown.

4-12 hours are much too long ! And for the upgrades is no cooldown !? I can switch to the best upgrades any time, but if i want to change jobs i have to wait half a day !?

There should be a max cooldown of 3-4 hours for the jobs !?
Also there should be a 30 minutes - 1 hour cooldown for the upgrades !?

I think the job cooldowns would be better if they were base on how many jobs were actually changed, not how many slots you have available.
