Is it possible for a bug to exist by using hotkeys during the inventory? You can normally press 1-9 to quickly swap an item on your hotbar - but when I do that w/ armor (equipped) it doesn't transfer.
I don't know if it's server side or a bug w/ MC or something - but I thought I'd report it as suggested in /help
