Hey everyone.

As I'm sure you all know it is the Lead team's job to handle all help requests. This becomes a bit difficult to do when you guys lack necessary information needed to help you all out.

I'd like you all to follow the following formats depending on your case:

Item Restores
In-game name:
Approximate date it was lost on:
Server:
What item was lost:
(If enchanted)Enchants:
Detailed explanation on how it was lost and where:

Player Data Resets
We will not be doing data resets for players until a later date. If absolutely necessary PM a Lead to get this resolved.

Other Issues
In-game name and (if applicable)previous name:
Approximate date/time event occurred:
Server:
(If applicable)Town name:
Detailed explanation on the problem:


Please note the following:
- Leads reserve the right to deny any request that is due to player error. However, this does not mean that we will not replace items.
- Anything lost due to server error will be restored, given it is evident there was an error on that part.
- Leads reserve the right to offer alternatives or suggest other resolutions to problems that may not result in an item restore. E.g. a tome disappears when attempting to enchant on a tool, we may offer to enchant the item only, instead of returning the tome.
- Leads will attempt to resolve your incident as quickly as possible, and as fairly as possible within all aspects.
