Recently it has come to our attention that our claims system is continuing to have difficulties handling large quantities of items. Please note that the /cc command is NOT designed to hold vast quantities of items for a prolonged period. Its primary purpose is to offer an effective way to remove unwanted items from a town when all other means of removal have been exhausted. Having a friend /cc your items so you can store them while you build or move all your items to a new location is not recommended. With this in mind, we will no longer restore items lost unless it has been used as a last resort, which in most cases is not true.
Note of receiving items:
If you have been sent items by another player, we advise that you empty your claim as soon as you can. The longer you leave the items, the greater the risk of something going wrong.
