Bring back uncontaminated drops and such when using silk touch tools.

On the old Omniverse, pure and pristine drops used to drop from ores regardless of whether silk touch or fortune was used. This was very helpful for players that would mine using silk touch. I think that it would be beneficial to bring this back on Horizons.

It says silk touch works In a note just above "Other Materials" on the page, for anyone having trouble finding it.
