You must meet the following requirements to post an application:
  • You must be age 13 or older. No exceptions.
  • You must have some type of experience with information on our server.
Please follow the copy-paste "application" as well.
In-game name:
Age:
Time-zone:
Current rank:
Days played (/history):
Hours played (before bonus playtime):
Do you have an experience with HTML, or general wiki formatting?:
Why do you want to join the Documancer team?:
I would also like to note further requirements and information for any applicants.
  • Please note that this is not a staff role. You are not given any privilege to moderate or anything likewise.
    • With this in mind, you will only gain access to our wiki and FAQs.
  • We still look for mature, suitable candidates, though we will not be as "strict" when selecting players for this position.
  • You will be required to select one wiki project each month to work on and complete by the beginning of the next month.
    • You are subject to be removed from the team if you are unable to complete your project in the given time, or you are generally being disrespectful, or are breaking rules in or outside of the game.
  • Your single wiki page may be substituted for FAQ pages instead. An equivalent will be determined based on content needed.
  • This position consists entirely of volunteers. You are not required to complete anything, but you should have courtesy to tell a lead if you are unable to do what is asked of any longer.
    • If you only have to leave for a given time, we will excuse you from one project, or ask you to submit your project at a later date and work on another project for the next month. Please talk to a lead if you are unable to complete your page, and we can work with you if you want to remain on the team.
  • Please direct any further questions to someone on the lead team.
  • You may submit your application in the staff application section. Please mark that your application is for Documancer in the title. Failure to do such may cause your application to be looked at later than we would like to.
    • For any application submitted in the staff application section, we will always give a decision either in the application or through DM either in-game or Discord.
      • With this said, we are not required to give you a solidified, in-depth explanation on why you were not accepted for the position. We are certainly rooted in allowing players an answer and explanation, feel free to ask if you have any questions. I do want to note that reasons for us not accepting you may range between us thinking you may not be mature enough, to us believing you may not be knowledgeable enough yet for the position.
    • If you would rather not submit an application, you can DM any lead that you're interested. Make sure that you let them know you cover basic requirements (age and you have played on the server enough to be knowledgeable).
It sounds like a mouthful, but basically as long as you're accepted, you'll do one wiki page per month. As long as you aren't breaking rules and continue doing what we ask of you, which isn't much, you're good to stay on the team.
